Birds

Birds are warm-blooded animals. They are the only creatures, besides bats, that can truly fly; birds are the only known organisms with feathers. They lay and incubate eggs, and have beaks instead of teeth. Equipped with wings and specially designed feet, the majority of birds are adapted to life in the trees. Of course, there are some, such as penguins, ostriches, and Kiwis, that are unable to fly.
